At dropstore, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is seamless from checkout to delivery. We are currently offering free shipping and delivery for all our customers. We can virtually ship our products at any address in India; however, the estimated time for the order to get delivered may vary depending on the Pin Code of that area. It may take 24 – 72 hours to dispatch the order depending upon the availability of the product and next 3 – 8 business days for the order to reach your doorsteps. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress. An order cannot be cancelled once it’s shipped.

Please note that we deliver our products to you through third party delivery partners and some of them do not accept cash on delivery orders in some areas of the country. So, we encourage our buyers to use online payment methods for fast and hassle-free delivery experiences.

• Any Concern regarding the delivery, such as missing, damaged, not-delivered or incorrect items, must be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery.
